FIVE-TEN-FIFTEEN JORDAN WORKOUT

After completing a few circuits, you’ll see just how effective it can be!

  • FIVE Push-Ups
  • TEN Crunches
  • FIFTEEN Squats
  • FIVE Lunges
  • TEN Reverse Crunches
  • FIFTEEN Second Plank

 Take  10-15 secs gap and repeat again, at least 3-sets.
