Actually, there is no fault in our workout routine, but maybe there is an issue in our pre-workout and post-workout routine. So today here, I will share with you the best pre-workout routine, in which I will tell you about the pre-workout diet and it's routine so that you can gain maximum muscles and can easily and quickly achieve your fitness goal.

As you are going to do a workout, you will need more energy that's why in that pre-workout routine. I will share with you, the pre-workout diet routine that will boost your energy level and that will help you in your workout. PRE-WORKOUT DIET

DIET No.1

Before going to workout, taking that diet, will not only boost your energy level but also feels you fresh and healthy.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 - Apple
  • 1 - Lemon
  • 1 - Citrus Limetta   
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • Mint Leaves

Direction:

Before going to work out, take that pre-workout diet that will boost your energy level and later will help you in your workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2.bowl - Oats
  • 1/4.L - Milk
  • 2 - Bananas
  • 7 - Walnut
  • 1.tsp - Honey

Directions:

  • First of all, take milk in a pan and add oats in it and cook for 5-10 mins.
  • Now slightly cool it down and sliced bananas above it.
