Here are the few rules, if you follow them not only your skin will glow, but also you have a healthy, fit and happy life.

MORNING EXERCISE

The first and the most important thing for glowing skin is morning exercise. It will not only make your whole day fit and energetic, but it also improves the beauty of your skin. As you do jogging in the morning and little bit cardio, you get to sweat and that sweat will open pores of your skin and expel the all dust, germ, and bacteria out of your skin, and make it fresh and glowing.

STAY HYDRATED

Drink water as much as you can, it will not only make your body organ healthy and fit, but it will also improve the color of your skin, as it pumps and improves the elasticity of the skin that will improve cracks, wrinkles and fill pores of the skin.

EAT A APPLE DAILY.

As apple is rich in vitamin C, that helps against premature age and also enhances skin glow. Apple's peel also has antioxidants that will protect your skin from ultraviolet radiation.

DRINK LEMON WATER

At least once a day, drink a glass of water, that will not only improve your metabolic system and helps in weight loss, but it also rich in antioxidants that will help skin repair itself.

  • Apply it on your skin or face, and leave it on 20-30 mins.
  • Then wash it off with normal water, and then sprinkle with cold water.

ENOUGH SLEEP
